Ohai,

The Telecomix non-organisation has set-up a little while ago a repository for
archiving videos, news and pictures from Syria. It has beenfully rewritten (in
django) with a modular approach.

And now, this modular approach is used to dothe same thing for Turkey.
Currently, it is parsing some tumblr to extract, transcode and archive
the content it find there, those tumblr has been pointed to us as curated and
accurate by Turkish activists.

We're still not responsible for anything published there, it's only an
archive to try to ensure those videos aren't removed from the mainstream
sites they're uploaded onto.

It's a voluntary services, provided with free time, good mood and spare
servers, so, for now, there's not a full replication system but we're
working on fixing that.

There's a weird SSL certificate on it and it's available here:
https://7rv7cfdyyg3kmmnx.onion/ (and a clearternet link:
https://broadcast.telecomix.org)

A lot of things need to be fixed, but it works quite nice for now. (and
yeah, the SSL is weird)
