SF non-profit SPUR keeps tabs on stuff like this as part of their focus on disaster planning and building a resilient city, and they've been publishing research papers that include scenarios for rising sea levels due to earthquakes and global warming. While research papers won't include up-to-the-minute data on sea levels, I'm sure they'll have some fairly updated maps and/or data you might find useful.
