Hi Zooko,

S4 looks interesting but I have a question: how exactly does it disprove PRISM style indiscriminate surveillance? I can understand that with client side, pre-Internet, encryption, the data that PRISM might suck up is *useless* but I don't see how S4 proves mass, indiscriminate surveilance isn't happening.

Forgive me if you've already answered this in your other message but I didn't receive it and this message us the first I've seen about the service.
