I would like to build a mobile computer to play the role of a
WiFi/BT/USB-router for mobile devices. The idea is to run Tor on this
device in isolating proxy mode:

The device will also allow spoofing it's outgoing WiFi MAC address,
independent of the type of smartphone or tablet being used behind it.
There are a few other gimmicks also.
I like to call the device my "Privacy Dongle". Or short: "Prongle". This

I like to talk to people who are able to build such hardware. I assume
the outcome will look like an Android TV Stick, more or less. The host
software works without a screen. No video hardware is needed. The device
