Hello Christine, I am sorry that my name appears on your list, but there must be an error. I have completed my attestation. I have a Linux laptop and a mobile device not running a compatible operating system. I have sent emails to Dr. Jack Zeng and to Dr. Randy Livingston with questions, such as what is the definition of "Stanford business", and I am awaiting clarification (Michael Duff will be replying for Dr. Livingston). I have also applied for a variance, and am awaiting word on the results. In the mean-time, there is no need to prod me to do anything further. I am awaiting an update from the appropriate authorities.
