That is... from a security perspective, interesting :)
OTR protects against the server being evil, but in this case you are
asking it to ensure the user's safety! Another concern might be that
it encourages users to use OTR without authenticating their contacts
properly.
Nevertheless, it's obviously possible to implement, so here goes:
