Please join the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law
together with the Center for East Asian Studies for a special event on Feb.
3 featuring Cambodian activist, Virak Ou, who will discuss the potential of
a Cambodian “Spring.” Ou is a leading Cambodian activist and the president
of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights.
The event begins at 12 pm in Encina Hall, on the 3rd floor in the Oksenberg
Conference Room.
