ChatSecure for iOS will be shipping Tor+XMPP functionality soon that should be relatively easy for people to use. In the meantime you can compile a preview version if you have Xcode installed: https://github.com/chrisballinger/Off-the-Record-iOS/tree/2.2-onionkit
