Exactly. To make this distributed, we should circulate the role of the bartender
to the users themselves.

Thanks for posting these. 

Echo seems similar to gossip protocol, the one that Bitcoin leverages to
transmit transactions and blocks among peers.

At the moment, the main drawback of BAR is that a user has to reserve a
bandwidth proportional. I'm afraid the Echo protocol will escalate this as a
peer may receive the same message more than one time wasting even more bandwith.
