Dear OGP friends. During the OGP Global Summit, a group of 5 experts on eGovernment and oGovernment (Costa Rica, Panamá, Guatemala, Colombia y OEA) are going to present the 150th session called "Open government on local governments in Latin America: how to start ? This will be a lighting talk format.
For the promotion of the session we prepared a blog where we would collect all the suggestions, opinions, comments, and ideas, on how to implement open government in the municipalities of the region. For this we ask you to go onto cuéntanos or tell us tag http://www.agaglocal.org/cuentanos/ and leave us your contributions with which we will create a Decalogue to share in the session. And if you want to spread it you can do it with the hashtag #AGAGlocal Also if you are more interested on what we are doing, we can find us at the Summit through @jorgelopezbachi Together we can make our local institutions more efficient and transparent and involve citizens in the development of municipalities achieving a better quality of life. Thank you very much in advance for your contribution. Best regards, *Jorge López-Bachiller Fernández* Gerente MuNet *Municipalidad de Patzún* Guatemala Cel.
