Looking for impactful summer opportunities? Interested in leveraging design and technology for social good? Excited about working with communities abroad?
At Endless Computers <https://endlessm.com/>, we have an ambitious goal: to make computing accessible for the billions in the developing world still outside of its reach. Check out how to apply for engineering here <https://jobs.lever.co/endless/7a0d512c-4ba8-4680-bef3-2d8c0006bbb6>, and design here <https://jobs.lever.co/endless/6cb86759-960e-4de8-95a7-e0114b2c4d75>. Billions of people are about to get access to technology for the first time. Yet so few are building tools to make their lives better. The Endless Fellowship Program is focused on doing just that. This summer, an inaugural group of Endless Fellows will be chosen to live in Antigua, Guatemala to research and develop applications for our core product: an operating system for the developing world. If selected, you will spend the summer living in a house with your peers while building apps with the support of Endless engineers, designers, and our ground team. You will have an opportunity to experience how we work with our users to create products that have meaningful impact on their lives. On the weekends, we will explore the incredible and diverse country while spending time with our users (and practicing your Spanish!). At the end of the program, you will leave with a rich portfolio of skills, a deep connection with our users, new friendships, and an understanding of how technology can address global issues. Back in San Francisco, Fellows will present their project to the entire company. About Endless Endless <https://endlessm.com/> was founded with a single mission: to make computing universally accessible by solving the barriers of cost, connectivity, and ease of use. Our flagship product is a fully functional desktop computer and operating system designed for emerging markets. Endless is built on Linux and is intuitive for users who have limited experience with technology. -- *Vicki Niu* Stanford University | Class of 2018 B.S.
