OTF *&* RFA

The Open Technology Fund is a program created by Radio Free Asia, a 501(c)3
nonprofit, to support open technologies and communities that increase free
expression, circumvent censorship, and obstruct repressive surveillance as
a way to promote human rights and open societies. RFA’s mission is to
provide accurate and timely news and information to Asian countries whose
governments prohibit access to a free press.
