Screw you. I served in the U.S. Navy too, and only a jerk would expect someone to thank them for a personal choice they made. Not one person who served in the Gulf was defending America. Not in 1991, not in 2005, and not at any point between. In fact, each and every person who went to the gulf, violated their oath and amount to nothing short of being a traitor.
Not only do you not deserve thanks, you deserve to be spat upon. --- In [email protected], "Eric Dondero Rittberg" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Uh, excuse me James, I'll excuse your ignorance this once. > > Eric Dondero Rittberg, Honorable Discharge > United States Navy, 1981-85 > 3 Medals: Expeditionary (War service), Humanitarian and Sea Service. > USS Kittyhawk CV-63 (Aircraft Carrier) > USS Luce - DDG-38 (Guided Missle Destroyer) > One WESPAC and two Persian Gulf tours. > > Father - Samuel Rittberg and Brother - Alex, Officers, Army > Reserves, both spent 1 year in the Persian Gulf War on the front > lines, 1991. > > I would thank you to thank me for my service to my country. > > > > --- In [email protected], "James Landrith" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: > > Eric Dondero Rittberg said: "That's just your opinion based on > accounting > > tricks by Leftists, Leftist-Libertarians and other assorted Bush > haters. > > Numbers can be cooked by propogandists to mean just about > anything." > > > > > > > > Yeah genius, this war has been funded by cakewalks and raffles. > Do you > > actually think before hitting send, or does whatever happens to > come to mind > > exit via your keyboard that second? > > > > Eric Dondero Rittberg said: "I suppose you would rather Saddam, > Uday and > > Qusay still be there alive and kicking and in power, murdering > hundreds of > > thousands of Iraqi citizens, huh?
