The Seven Laws given to Noah are in the Book of Genesis. They are not the same as the halacha relating to non-Jews. At the very least, if you object to someone saying that you should not tear off the limb of a living animal to eat it, and that you should not murder, and should live in a community with some sort of court system....
And one of the twists of the Noachide laws is this: that if a court system exists, a Jewish court has no jurisdiction over the Gentiles of that place. And even Sodom had courts.
