However, I do not recommend this to anybody else. I did it because I had no
choice. Nobody else but me was willing to fight a court case against the
SEC especially during that era.

It would be a tragidy if Gary Popkin got kicked off the ballot after
getting 6,000 signatures. Since I have experience filing this kind of court
case, having filed five last year, I am willing to help him file his case,
if he wants my help.

Right now it looks like not only Gary but ALL of the Libertarian Party
candidates could be kicked off the ballot. This will be a disaster.
Unfortunately, I have to point out that this is a direct result of the fact
that my repeated warnings earlier this year were ignored.
