Stop trying to avoid the truth and to take things in the wrong context as is your normal habit. Yes, forcing prisoners to get naked, put a dog collar on them, and take photos with them is torture, especially when it violates their religion. So is handing them wires, putting a bag over their heads, and telling them they'll be electrocuted if they put their feet down, so is allowing dogs to attack them, so is beating them to death, so is using their religious symbols and putting human feces on it in front of them, so is putting them into human pyramids, so is forcing them to have sex and take photos with young boys, so is keeping them from food and water, and so is putting pink panties on their heads and making them do cheers. All of these things and more happened to people who weren't terrorists, and who didn't do anything wrong. Not even jay walking.
All of these are violations of the Geneva Convention to which America is bound, all of these are forms of torture. Some people don't mind wearing panties on their head, some don't mind seeing someone shit on the Holy Quran, some don't mind being naked with a dog collar on them and a female soldier humiliating them, but for THOSE people in this context IS torture.
