For a VERY long time now, I and others have been WARNing that the globalists
wanted POPULATION REDUCTION and the creation of a 'flu virus' CRISIS was part
of that plan. FORCED VACCINATIONS under the 'Model State Health Emergency Act'
QUARRANTINES, Checkpoints etc. And now we're seeing it come to its hideous
fruition because many couldn't be bothered with the TRUTH!

Remember how the History Channel and others told U.S. that ole Davey
Rockefeller dug up a body long ago out of glacial ice to retrieve the SPANNISH
FLU VIRUS?? So WHY are they telling us a similar story yet again? It's called
PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY!

bandying about the idea of taking disaster relief out of the Department of
Homeland Security and giving it to the Pentagon. This is getting rather far
afield from the military's overriding mission -- winning wars. Even further
afield is what President Bush this week asked Congress to give him: The power
to order the military to enforce quarantines in areas of the country infected
with lethal disease. Implicit in the request is that the military could use
force if necessary.

The Deadliest Flu Virus in the World: Made in USA

Army helicopters fly over a small American town as
a voice barks harshly: "No one is allowed to leave
this town!"
~ A line from the 1995 movie entitled Outbreak
In the latest version of "art precedes reality,"
Hollywood predicted a viral outbreak that would
require quarantine of an entire town in America in the
1995 movie Outbreak starring Dustin Hoffman. In that
movie the virus came from a monkey being smuggled in
from Zaire. The movie was more about the possibility
of a virus like Ebola than the dreaded H5N1 influenza
virus that now has the world in the grip of hysteria.
But Outbreak dealt with the mutation of the virus,
which makes it more appropriate for today's latest
viral health threat - a mutated influenza virus,
probably from bird flu.
The world is being warned a flu virus might mutate at
any moment and render the planet helpless against its
spread. Americans don't need to wait for a flu virus
to mutate. Infectious disease specialists, working in
a semi-secure laboratory at a Midwestern university
have already done it ahead of nature. These American
researchers obtained the viral particles from the H5N1
Spanish flu virus that killed millions worldwide and
altered one of its ten genes, making it far more
dangerous and virulent than any influenza virus in
nature. The idea was to figure out how to make a
vaccine against it. But the very idea such a virus
even exists gives most people the shivers.
If you want to know the location of this mutated virus
(any potential biological terrorist can figure this
out by using mapping services and searching for these
experiments), we've intentionally downsized and
obscured the map of its location. Here it is:
The super mutated influenza virus that no Americans
have immunity towards
is located at this Midwestern university laboratory.
Semi security
New Scientist magazine notes that the lab where the
super flu virus is located has a lower biosecurity
level - BLS - than a few other labs that have the
highest possible levels of containment. The highest
level is BSL-4. The lab in question is BSL-3Ag, or
3-plus. The main difference between BSL-4 and BSL-3Ag
is that precautions to ensure laboratory workers do
not get infected are less stringent: While BSL-4
involves wearing fully enclosed body suits, those
working at BSL-3Ag labs typically have half-suits. New
Scientist magazine notes that "the recent SARS virus
outbreak in Asia was from BSL-3 labs."
What if one of the lab workers inadvertently takes the
virus home with him or her? The human population of
the world would be wiped out. An infectious disease
specialist at the lab where the super virus is
located, says: "If H5N1 spreads on a massive scale,
it's going to wreak havoc." It will overwhelm almost
any country's health-care system. . . . It will be
biblical plague." I'm holding my breath. I'm staggered
by the possibility. There is obviously greater danger
this super virus would escape from a laboratory than
mutate and spread around the globe.
Heightening the panic
It appears as if someone is attempting to heighten the
panic surrounding the predicted influenza epidemic.
Researchers at Hokkaido University in Japan began to
wonder how birds in nearby farms acquired the bird
flu. They checked on the genetic makeup of the virus
and it is "strikingly similar to that of a bird flu
virus found in South America, too far for migrating
birds to carry into Japan." This led investigators to
surmise somebody brought a vaccine into Japan and
injected it into some birds, infecting the animals
around them. [Japan Times Sept. 3, 2005] The
mysterious appearance of avian flu in birds around the
world could be explained by contaminated avian
vaccines!
There is still no explanation for the mutated human
influenza virus found in a pig in South Korea.
Somebody intentionally placed this human virus inside
this animal. (For more about this, see previous report
entitled Influenza Intrigue at LR archives.) If it
infected a human, it would make it appear the virus
"jumped" from animals to humans.
Wandering far from its field of expertise, Charlene
Porter of the Washington File, a publication of the
Bureau of International Information Programs, U.S.
Department of State, writes that a species of flu
virus once thought to be unique to horses has now
infected dogs and could jump from animals to humans.
[Sept. 30, 2005] Horrors, we may be culling
populations of pet dogs in America as they are birds
in Asia. Better hide Fido. There are approximately 50
million pet dogs in the US. This is sheer propaganda
and the news media has re-printed it widely without
question. The orchestrated terror is coming from all
quarters of government.
Julie Gerberding, Centers for Disease Control chief,
says her agency is getting ready for a possible
pandemic next year. [Associated Press, Feb. 22, 2005]
Public health authorities and politicians are so
committed to the inevitability of a flu pandemic, it's
as if there is no way they won't let this event
happen.
Here is another segment of script from the movie,
Outbreak...
Maj. Casey Schuler: I hate this bug.
Lt. Col. Sam Daniels: Come on, Casey. You've got
to love its simplicity.
It's one billionth our size, and it's beating us.
Maj. Casey Schuler: So, what do you want to do,
take it to dinner?
Lt. Col. Sam Daniels: No.
Maj. Casey Schuler: What then?
Lt. Col. Sam Daniels: Kill it. -
The problem is, the virus is being harbored by the
people. To kill the virus, like culling infected
birds, you have to wipe them out. That is what the
movie considered. The military people in the movie
planned to use a fuel-air bomb to wipe out the
infected city. The movie certainly sets the scenario.
A frightened American public looks to federal instead
of local officials to save the world. Is there a
better way to usher in marshal law while gaining
consent of the people?
Only ineffective therapies offered
Notice how public health authorities only offer
vaccines which are in short supply, don't often work
because they don't address the specific strain of
virus in circulation, and which viruses now resist.
One flu vaccine, the flu mist, actually uses live flu
viruses that can shed from vaccinees to their family,
friends and co-workers. Or they offer anti-flu
medications which flu viruses already exhibit
resistance towards and which are also in short supply.
(Special note: Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld will
likely profit handsomely from the announcement the
government is purchasing $3 billion of Tamiflu, the
drug developed by Gilead Sciences when Rumsfeld was
president of the company. He is reported to hold major
portions of stock in Gilead.)
Public given no options beyond vaccines and medicines
There is no attempt to boost innate immunity, which
can be accomplished with high doses of vitamin C,
vitamin E, selenium and zinc. Selenium even blocks the
mutations that cause the most mortal form of the flu.

name for elderberry capsules and syrup, is well

12:290-6, 2001; J Alternative Complement Medicine
1:361-9, 1995] In a pinch, there isn't a virus that
has been able to withstand allicin, the active
ingredient produced when a fresh clove of garlic is
crushed. [Planta Medica 58:417-23, 1992]

The Council on Foreign Affairs, in its recent journal
report says, if a global flu pandemic ensues: "In
short order, the global economy would shut down.
Vaccines would have no impact on the course of the
virus in the first months and would likely play an
extremely limited role worldwide during the following
12 to 18 months of the pandemic. With today's limited
production capacity, that means that less than 500
million people - about 14 percent of the world's
population - would be vaccinated within a year of the
pandemic." [Foreign Affairs, July/August 2005]

Subject: The Media is full of fearful information about a Flu Pandemic. Whatis
going on here?
It is a well established fact that governments can increase their power if they
scare the citizens enough that they will passively allow it. Look what followed
911. The Patriot Act, Homeland Security, invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq,
National ID card, Mental Health Screening of children without asking parental
permission, foreign troops and mercenaries brought into New Orleans, and much
much more. Now we are hearing over and over again that a flu pandemic is
threatened and Bush wants to use military force to cope with it. Is is real? We
know that 911 was an inside job, not the work of Osama. We know that there were
no WMD's as Bush insisted was the reason we needed to attack Iraq. Is the flu

Thus the "deadly" 1918 Flu was caused by the new use of Aspirin to treat
soldiers during the war. The result of reducing the fever from influenza is
massive growth of the flu virus in the lungs and thus Atypical Pneumonia or
simply Viral Pneumonia almost always resulting in death.
Since this first occurred worldwide at the end of WWI it was called the
"1918 Flu." In the last several years, medical archaeologists have tried to
obtain tissue samples from people who died from the 1918 Flu to find why it was
so deadly.
So far the virus samples seem to be no different from other flu virus
samples.
The other point often missed or should I say never raised!! by the
media is what were the other folk doing that survived
( 65% of the worlds population survived the black death but somehow
this does not make good reading or
as I prefer to call it SCAREMONGERING).
The most important thing always overlooked is never a suggestion that
people should build up their immune systems

Martial Law and the Avian Flu Pandemic

The threat of the avian flu pandemic is real. Until recently, national
governments and the WHO have dismissed the seriousness of the crisis. The
public has been misinformed. The issue has been barely mentioned by the
media.
Why all of a sudden is avian flu on the presidential agenda?
The issue was placed on the agenda of the President's White House Press
Conference (October 4, 2005). There was nothing spontaneous in the White House
journalist's question to President Bush, which explicitly pointed to a role for
the country's "defense assets" in the case of a pandemic.
We are not dealing with an off-the-cuff statement. Both the question as well as
Bush's response calling for a greater role of the Military, had been prepared
in advance:
QUESTION: Mr. President, you've been thinking a lot about pandemic flu and the
risks in the United States if that should occur.
I was wondering, Secretary Leavitt has said that first responders in the states
and local governments are not prepared for something like that. To what extent
are you concerned about that after Katrina and Rita?
And is that one of the reasons you're interested in the idea of using defense
assets to respond to something as broad and long-lasting as a flu might be?
BUSH: Yes. Thank you for the question.
I am concerned about avian flu. I'm concerned about what an avian flu outbreak
could mean for the United States and the world.
BUSH: I have thought through the scenarios of what an avian flu outbreak could
mean. I tried to get a better handle on what the decision-making process would
be by reading Mr. Barry's book on the influenza outbreak in 1918. I would
recommend it.
The policy decisions for a president in dealing with an avian flu outbreak are
difficult.
One example: If we had an outbreak somewhere in the United States, do we not
then quarantine that part of the country? And how do you, then, enforce a
quarantine?
It's one thing to shut down airplanes. It's another thing to prevent people
from coming in to get exposed to the avian flu.
BUSH: And who best to be able to effect a quarantine?
One option is the use of a military that's able to plan and move. So that's why
I put it on the table. I think it's an important debate for Congress to have.
I noticed the other day, evidently, some governors didn't like it. I understand
that. I was the commander in chief of the National Guard and proudly so. And,
frankly, I didn't want the president telling me how to be the commander in
chief of the Texas Guard.
But Congress needs to take a look at circumstances that may need to vest the
capacity of the president to move beyond that debate. And one such catastrophe
or one such challenge could be an avian flu outbreak.
QUESTION: (OFF-MIKE)
BUSH: Wait a minute, this is an important subject.
Secondly, during my meetings at the United Nations, not only did I speak about
it publicly, I spoke about it privately to as many leaders as I could find,
about the need for there to be awareness, one, of the issue and two, reporting
-- rapid reporting to WHO, so that we can deal with a potential pandemic.
The reporting needs to be not only on the birds that have fallen ill, but also
on tracing the capacity of the virus to go from bird to person to person.
That's when it gets dangerous: when it goes bird, person, person.
BUSH: And we need to know on a real-time basis as quickly as possible the facts
so that the world scientific community can analyze the facts and begin to deal
with it.
Obviously, the best way to deal with a pandemic is to isolate it and keep it
isolated in the region in which it begins.
As you know, there's been a lot of reporting of different flocks that have
fallen ill with the H5N1 virus. And we've also got some cases of the virus
being transmitted to a person, and we're watching very carefully.
Thirdly, the development of a vaccine.
BUSH: I've spent time with Tony Fauci on the subject.
Obviously, it would be helpful if we had a breakthrough in the capacity to
develop a vaccine that would enable us to feel comfortable here at home, that
not only would first responders be able to be vaccinated, but as many Americans
as possible, and people around the world.
But, unfortunately, we're just not that far down the manufacturing process. And
there's a spray, as you know, that can maybe help arrest the spread of the
disease, which is in relatively limited supply.
So one of the issues is how do we encourage the manufacturing capacity of the
country, and maybe the world, to be prepared to deal with the outbreak of a
pandemic?
BUSH: In other words, can we surge enough production to be able to help deal
with the issue?
I take this issue very seriously, and I appreciate you bringing it to our
attention.
The people of the country ought to rest assured that we're doing everything we
can. We're watching it. We're careful. We're in communications with the world.
I'm not predicting an outbreak. I'm just suggesting to you that we better be
thinking about it. And we are. And we're more than thinking about it, we're
trying to put plans in place.
And one of the plans -- back to where your original question came -- was, you
know, if we need to take some significant action, how best to do so. And I
think the president ought to have all options on the table to understand what
the consequences are -- all assets on the table, not options -- assets on the
table to be able to deal with something this significant. (White House Press

Militarization of Public Health
The statement of President Bush suggests the enactment of Martial Law in the
case of an avian flu outbreak. Martial Law could also be established, using the
pretext of an outbreak of avian flu in foreign countries and its potential
impacts on the US.
In other words, the Military rather than the country's civilian health
authorities would be put in charge.
A decision to put the Military in charge of a public health emergency spells
disaster, as evidenced by the intervention of the Military in hurricane relief
in Louisiana and Southern Texas. (See

The pandemic is being presented to public opinion as an issue of National
Security, with a view to triggering the militarization of civilian institutions
in blatant violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.
The statement of President Bush with regard to the avian flu pandemic bears a
marked resemblance to an earlier statement, also at a Press Conference, in the
wake of Hurricane Rita, during which the President and Commander in Chief
called for the Military to become the "lead agency" in disaster relief.
BUSH ".....The other question, of course, I asked, was, is there a
circumstance in which the Department of Defense becomes the lead agency.
Clearly, in the case of a terrorist attack, that would be the case, but is
there a natural disaster which -- of a certain size that would then enable the
Defense Department to become the lead agency in coordinating and leading the
response effort. That's going to be a very important consideration for Congress

The hidden agenda consists in using the threat of a pandemic and/or the plight
of a natural disaster as a pretext to establish military rule, under the facade
of a "functioning democracy".
What Bush's statements suggest is that Congress should enact legislation which
will, in practice suspend Constituional government and allow the Military to
intervene in civilian affairs in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. The
latter, however, while still on the books, is in practice already defunct.

Legislation inherited from the Clinton administration, not to mention the post
9/11 Patriot Acts I and II, "blurs the line between military and civilian
roles". It allows the military to intervene in judicial and law enforcement
activities even in the absence of an emergency situation.
In 1996, legislation was passed which allowed the military to intervene in the
case of a national emergency (e.g.. a terrorist attack). In 1999, Clinton's
Defense Authorization Act (DAA) extended those powers (under the 1996
legislation) by creating an "exception" to the Posse Comitatus Act, which
permits the military to be involved in civilian affairs "regardless of whether
there is an emergency".

Despite this 1999 "exception" to the Posse Comitatus Act", which effectively
invalidates it, both the Pentagon and Homeland Security, have been actively
lobbying Congress for the outright repeal of the 1878 legislation.

To achieve public support for the Military to become "the lead agency", the
Bush administration is not only resorting to the usual counter-terrorism
justification. Other supportive criteria are being developed to justify
military rule. In this regard, at the height of Hurricane Katrina, meetings
were held under the auspices of US Northern Command, involving the
participation of Bush, Rumsfeld and Chertoff, to examine the role of the

Spiraling Defense Budget
According to the Wall Street Journal (Oct 1, 2005), the Bush administration
plans to ask Congress for an estimated $6-10 billion "to stockpile vaccines and
antiviral medications as part of its plans to prepare the U.S. for a possible
flu pandemic"
This commitment of the administration has not, however, resulted in an
expansion of the nation's public health budget. In fact quite the opposite.
Consistent with its role as "lead agency", more than half of the money
earmarked for the program is slated to be handed over to the Pentagon.
An amendment to the defense-spending bill in the Senate would earmark $3.9
billion "to prepare the U.S. for a flu pandemic".
In other words, what we are dealing with is a process of militarization of
the civilian budget. Civilian social sector budgets are now being transferred
to the Department of Defense. The money for a public health program is
controlled by the Department of Defense, under the rules of DoD procurement.
"The US Senate voted yesterday to provide $4 billion for antiviral drugs and
other measures to prepare for a feared influenza pandemic, but whether the
measure would clear Congress was uncertain.
The Senate attached the measure to a $440 billion defense-spending bill for
2006, according to the Associated Press (AP). But the House included no flu
money in its version of the defense bill, and a key senator said he would try
to keep the funds out of the House-Senate compromise version. The Senate is
expected to vote on the overall bill next week.
Almost $3.1 billion of the money would be used to stockpile the antiviral drug
oseltamivir (Tamiflu), and the rest would go for global flu surveillance,
development of vaccines, and state and local preparedness, according to a
Reuters report. The government currently has enough oseltamivir to treat a few
million people, with a goal of acquiring enough to treat 20 million"

Multibillion Financial Bonanza for the BioTech Conglomerates
The threat of the avian flu pandemic will result in multibillion dollar
earnings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
In this regard, a number of major pharmaceutical companies including
GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis, California based Chiron Corp, BioCryst
Pharmaceuticals Inc, Novavax and Wave Biotech, Swiss pharmaceutical giant
Roche Holding, have positioned themselves in the procurement of vaccines in
case of an avian 'flu outbreak. Maryland-based biotechnology company MedImmune
which produces "an inhaled flu vaccine" has also positioned itself to develop a
vaccine against the H5N1 avian flu.
(Although it has no expertise in the avian flu virus, one of the major actors
in the vaccine business, on contract to the Pentagon, is Bioport, a company
which is part owned by the Carlyle Group, which is closely linked to the Bush
Cabinet with Bush Senior on its board of directors.)

centers. Mainly with the neutron bombs that kill people by vaporizing

Chemtrails So, you haven't yet figured out the airborne conditioning-agent
release program that is being operated by the government. I'll give you some
hints, but first I'll give you a little information
about myself. I'm a retired government scientist with an advanced degree in one
of the health-related disciplines. I do not use my real name for fear of
retaliation, either against me, or against members of my
family. I always try to route my e-mail communications so that they appear to
come from another source, usually from one somewhere within the government.
Sometimes I use the
internet resources of the public library - whatever it takes to hide my true
identity and confuse those who don't want the sort of information I
possess to fall into the public's hands.
I have a small circle of friends who are, or were, in key positions within
our military and several government agencies. These are not the very top level
personnel, but mid to upper mid-level people, scientists and
analysts, who are in positions where they can see the day-to-day activities
of what's going on, who are charged with implementing the details, but who are
never quite privy to the schemes behind the work they
do. Each of my contacts has been able to supply me with a portion of the
puzzle, but separately, none of them understands the whole story. I'll tell you
what I've pieced together so far. But I have to admit that this
information frightens me because there is no place I can go with it. What am I
supposed to do - write my congressman? I believe that would be like signing my
own death warrant.
This whole chemtrail issue is related to the plan for decreasing the world
population to around 450-500 million -- and starting with the US first. Why?
The people of the US are the
only ones with even the remotest chance of stopping this. That is, if they knew
about it. That's why the US has to be the first to go. You have
to understand that the world's elite covet the US for its geographic
diversity - and they would love to return this country to its condition as it
existed prior to Columbus setting foot here, but without the Native
Americans this time of course. 20
You may have already heard how several national parks have been designated as
world biospheres - that's
the plan for all of North America, a giant nature park and playground that will
be devoid of annoying human
beings (that would be us). And the people actually involved in doing the
spraying, as well as those who will take part in the rest of the plans, are
being duped into believing they will be spared, that is, permitted to live
and remain on this continent as administrators and caretakers of this vast
nature preserve. I understand that about 150 to 200 thousand people are
projected as necessary for maintenance purposes. But it's likely these
people will not be Americans. Those in charge wouldn't want to risk the
possibility of some sort of revolt, so the workers will probably be brought in
from Europe and Asia.
There are rumors floating about the internet that the chemtrails are part of
some sort of secret program the government is doing to protect the US from
future biological attacks. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The plan is to sensitize, or condition, the US population to being wiped out
by influenza A. Over the past few years, people have been encouraged to get flu
shots to protect them against the generally non-lethal
strains that circulate through the population during flu season. 20
Each year the US government has guessed which strains were most likely to
spread. They seem to always
guess right - don't they? This flu season, the government protected people
with a trivalent vaccine that included the A/Beijing/262/95-like (H1N1) and the
A/Sydney/5/97-like (H3N2). It also contained the
B/Beijing/184/93-like hemagglutinin antigens. For those not familiar with
virology, the H and N refer to proteins on the outside of the virus, the
hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, which are responsible for the virus
attaching to, and then invading, a host cell. The public has been quite
pleased with the success of the vaccines offered so far. But that will change
in the future.
Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases
(or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have reconstructed and modified
the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back
when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20
million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US. Consider that it could
have killed many more, but back then, people couldn't hop on a jet and travel
from New York to L.A. in five hours. Now, our ability to travel
will increase the spread and will be our downfall.
The flu vaccines contain killed virus and protect the body well against
challenge by that particular strain, but work poorly against other strains not
included in the inoculation. At some point, the vaccine stockpile will
include the more lethal modification of the 1918 H1N1 in its live form. Most
people receiving this vaccine will simply be renewing their annual flu shot,
and the vaccine will still include the inactivated version of the
more benign form of H1N1 (as was included in this year's vaccine). The
presence of the milder strain in the inoculum will slow down the progression of
the more lethal H1N1 form, so people will become sick more slowly - but they
will still eventually die. It will just take a few weeks
longer.
In the meantime, they will be carriers for the lethal form of the virus,
passing it on to everyone with whom they make contact. And as people hear that
others are dropping dead from the flu, they will flock to get their own
vaccination. And the entire population will be more receptive to infection
because their lungs will have been pre-conditioned to guarantee it.
If you will remember back to 1968 and '69, the Hong Kong flu, which was
influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That was a
fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them
that the flu could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But at
the same time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that
those who might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the
development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to
condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrails is to
help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier penetration and
infection.
But what about those few individuals who don't succumb to the flu?
Probability alone demands that there will be some who survive - pockets of the
population that are either not reached or somehow (and this is less
likely) are resistant to the lethal H1N1 strain. At this point you must also
remember that our military personnel have been immunized against a variety of
pathogens, including the anthrax bacillus. 20
For those geographically isolated areas where the flu doesn't do its job,
it's a fairly simple matter to lay down anthrax spores and then send in what's
left of the military to take care of anyone still breathing. The anthrax
spraying will probably come under the guise of a flu protection program to save
those still alive after the epidemic. And the military, having been exposed to
civilians with the flu, will eagerly await their own flu shots. I should
emphasize that this is a last resort scenario. Those
orchestrating the plan will not want to use anthrax until all other
possibilities are exhausted - this because of the long-term viability of
anthrax spores. To scatter them over the countryside would mean the area would
be dangerous for use by humans, at least those not vaccinated against the
bacteria.
And think about this for a moment. Why do you suppose agencies like Fish and
Wildlife are so eager to reintroduce wolves and other species into areas of the
country which haven't seen these animals for
generations. It's all part of the plan to restore this land to what the elite
envision as its early paradise-like state, with wild animals freely roaming the
uninhabited plains and forests. Granted, it will take some time to
clean up the place and to maybe destroy a lot of small towns that might
otherwise be considered a blight on the landscape. But for the global elite it
will be a small price for us to pay for their enjoyment.

PROBABLE PLANS OF THE ENEMIES OF AMERICA
This is about a LIKELY impending nuclear and biological attack upon the
United States by foreign powers, most likely Russia, probably with the help of
BW/CW terrorists from Iraq and her allies, and very likely with the covert help
of the Clintonistas. If they actually take place, there will be
great destruction, and tremendous loss of life. These attacks upon America have
already been announced by the above as being in the planning stage. There is a
report that overt attacks may begin late this Fall, and will likely coordinated
with the NWO traitors in our own government. It is likely that known patriots
will be rounded up before the onslaught, and private weapons will be
confiscated, perhaps before the main event.
Here is an incredible fact. Under the Global 2000 plan as developed by the
Club of Rome in 1972, for President Carter, there is a covert intention by
the International Bankers, transnational Cartels, and the other Globalists
behind the New World Order to depopulate the world to an environmentally
sustainable level. Meanwhile, the elite members are safely ensconced in
relative comfort in the many underground cities that have been prepared and
financed with your tax money and the receipts of illicit drug sales.
Depopulation will be carried out by fomenting wars throughout the globe, using
induced diseases and weapons of mass destruction, all of which will quickly
escalate through the plan to use nerve gases and possible nuclear exchanges.
They will promote the use of vaccines containing potentially lethal agents such
as live Spanish influenza virus as an ingredient of the next batch of "flu
shots," and especially they could employ aerosol sprays of plague, anthrax,
ricin, botulin, tularemia etc. and the contamination of drinking water with
lethal bacteria, viruses, and chemicals such as ricin, botulin, cholera and
shigellosis...
The following possible scenario may be more probable than anyone cares to
admit: The preferred method will be mainly non-selective via the mass
application of nerve agents and biologicals, as soon as all required facilities
are made ready. I am fearfully convinced that negotiations are now underway
with those national regimes which are presently NBC Warfare capable. The coming
depopulation measures will likely be a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic
insertions, utilizing nerve agents, plague, anthrax, and botulin, etc. in a
concerted effort to cleanse the planet of so-called "degenerates and useless
eaters," perhaps to a level of approximately one to one half billion total
inhabitants, sufficient to provide an ample slave population.
Employment of the grossly contaminating and long persisting anthrax will
probably be initially limited to more sparsely populated areas such as the
desert regions, although some selective use of VX and anthrax will be
theoretically useful in preservation of certain UN Biospheres where
rewilding does not require live fauna for several years. There are some
areas in which both human and animal depopulation may be appropriate,
followed by total combustion through the selective employment of fuel-air
bombing techniques, in order to kill contaminating spores. Regrowth and
replacement of desired flora and fauna may then be accomplished through
already designated criteria.
Weather alteration and seismic--vulcanism with ELF waves and HAARP are already
being initiated in areas in which there are critical tectonic
imbalances. This has also produced intense rainfall and widespread flooding in
some areas, with severe drought in others. Serial deep nuclear
detonations with computed enhancement of shearing effects will be utilized to
the furthest extent possible in the production of earthquakes and tsunamis. ELF
waves are now thought to be directed towards the polar ice caps and are melting
them down to produce coastal inundations. This is being blamed on "global
warming."
As soon as contrived crises begin on a suitable scale of intensity, martial
law will be declared in the United States, followed by activation of
Executive Orders and FEMA directives which will have completed the planned
abrogation of the American Constitution. Americans will know the horror of a
totalitarian dictatorship. As normal communities begin to break down, welfare
and social programs are curtailed, and food supplies are cut off, there will be
widespread rioting. Armed gang activity will increase. Civil insurrection will
supervene. The streets of our towns and cities will be lined with decomposing
corpses, garbage, and debris.
As a part of FEMAs program, the United Nations Global Forces will be
inserted in most areas to "keep order." These will probably consist mainly of
German, Russian, Irish and Chinese troops. "Mopping up" of deselected groups
will then be accomplished through sanction and mass burials of both living and
dead individuals by the most expeditious means available, with careful
attention to disease prevention in UN personnel wearing bioprotective suits and
masks. Body Bags are already prepositioned for the hygienic transport of the
dead where burial facilities are not yet locally available. Bulldozer equipment
will be selectively utilized in some areas to facilitate the rapid excavation
and filling of mass graves. These areas will not seriously interfere with the
habitations of the designated elites who will have occupied the underground
facilities.
I suspect that the initial attacks will be augmented by alleged terrorist
assaults upon major population centers. These terrorist units are said to be
already in place, with suitcase nukes, biological and chemical agents ready to
act upon receiving orders to move against preplanned sites.
It would indeed be advisable to get out of the larger cities when martial
law supervenes.
