The Neturei Karta ideal (like that of all ultra Orthodox Jews) is one
in which a self selected group of "sages" (rabbis) gets to tell
everyone else how to run their lives, down to how to tie their
shoelaces (I'm not kidding: there really is a preferred halachic way
to tie one's shoes). Women would automatically have no say over their
own lives; Gentiles would have second class citizenship. Jews who
aren't as pious as these rabbis want them to be would have third class
citizenship. Any idea or invention that was not approved in advance
by these sages would be condemned. It's as authoritarian a world as
anything Osama bin Laden would want. Their main problem with the
modern state of Israel is twofold: it was not established in the way
they want; and it is not as intolerant of non-Orthodox Jews as they
want.

To quote them as supporting something in a libertarian context is like
quoting Lenin.
