    Yes I have read his position on WWII.   The Versailles treaty was
    a pretext for what Hitler did.  Assuming there had been no Versailles
    treaty, I believe that groups such as the Nazis combined with the
    economic  forces and politically forces would have still come into
    existence.

and British involvement in World War I part 1 was
unnecessary and lead to the demise of Britain as well
as an environment RIPE for Hitler in Germany and the
facilitation of the Russian Revolution -- all of which
have far reaching implications for the Warfare State
