Why am I not surprised.  Bill is a Libertarian Party person who has 
taken over the reins of the Republican Liberty Caucus.  He's got 
little if any background with GOP politics.  He's not one of those 
to attend GOP Conventions there in California.  He doesn't walk 
precincts for GOP candidates.  He's just an armchair activist who 
claims to be a Republican but in actuality is a closeted LPer.
