capitalism does not lead to fascism. the common view that the far right is fascist is wrong. nazies and fascists are collectivists and they share much with communists. it is not right to place them to the far right. I prefer to use a line that goes from extreme positive to negative liberty. at the far right is anarchy, then libertarian, republicans, democrats, socialist, communists etc. fascists are closer to communists. nazies even called themselves national socialists. they are all anti liberty. the excess of liberty is anarchy. the danger of too much individual liberty is not fascism it is anarchy. the distinction between anarchy and libertarians is rule of law. the more capitalism the more free and open trade you have. how that increase in freedom can lead to fascism is somewhat opaque.
