Actually, your morality does the same but worse: promotes murder, in far less than uncertain terms. You are simply making the lesser intelligent, lesser humane choice: to overtly aggress on a pretext of far-less-than-obvious/legitimate aggression. Nevertheless, you have biology for the enemy here. >From biological point of view, sex is made for reproduction purpose, not just pleasure.. When two people consent to sex, they are aware that this may lead to pregnancy. This is our nature. Thus a consent to sex becomes a contract made between two lovers and a potential fetus resulting from this consent which requires to carry it to term. .You have said yourself that every man should be responsible for his actions. What a word responsibility mean to you? To me, to bear the effects of one's actions, NOT to REMOVE or HIDE them. Moral rules are hard to point down and write, nevertheless most humans are aware of them in form of conscience. Regardless of political consequences most women would hesitate to kill a fetus once they feel it moving inside. At the same time, some wouldn't mind. Nevertheless, a late abortion should be treated as a crime. Without it, you will encourage a trade in almost full term fetuses for transplants and medical or cosmetic purpose. The organ transplant black marketer is already out of control. What do you think the poor women will do once the legal barriers would be removed, or the black market brokers who deal in human parts? They would become finally capitalists. A civilized society should concern sieve not only with the economy, but also their own biology and physics of life.
