A damage can be made physically and also psychologically.

Human life requires being born inside the woman's body. This is the how life
is created. This is our biology. Yet, we do not create life, it is given.
What we do is to create suitable conditions for life to manifest.
Every person has a right to life. We cannot change life's biology, just like we
cannot move sun to another galaxy. Perhaps in a future when the babies all be
born in labs, this will change, but for now this is how it is. Nevertheless,
our ignorance and and a consequent inablity to move a living fetus into an
artificial womb is not an excuse to kill it.

A woman has right NOT to reproduce by obstaining from any acts that may cause
it, or by performing abortion up to a time when a fetus becomes a baby [
formation of a brain and thus becoming an individual person ] If she decides
not to use this option at the given period, then the life contract should be
enforced as all contracts.

Liberty IS doing whatever one wants as long as those actions don't
PHYSICALLY harm or endanger a non-consenting other or thier property
unless that other happens to reside in your own body in which case
they have no rights at all and live at your whim.
