A school teacher in SC has announced that he is running for education superintendent. His name is Moultrie. I wonder if he is related to Col. William Moultrie who was the commander of the SC militia during the American Revolution. The Moultrie flag was named after Col. Moultrie. It is a blue flag with a cresent moon and the word LIBERTY on it. The school teacher according to the article said that he doesn't think students should be required to attend school after middle school. I ask, why should they be required to attend school at all? Many parents are able to home school their children.
