Clay (former Exec Dir of FIJA - fully informed jury association) is, like so many who have been to Law School, hopelessly confused from an indoctrination devoid of any study of the HISTORY and PHILOSOPHY of Law. The Majority of Law School students become indoctrinated (brainwashed) at a relatively young age. This brainwashing is reinforced by "practice" in the "system", as it has been perverted. They they develop the attitude and belief that only members of their "class" can read and write. They are of the belief that "the people" do not even have permission to "read" the Law written in the plain, common, language of "the people". Talk to Attorneys and you will find this attitude among this class of professionals is pervasive. A reversion to the days prior to the reformation when most of the people of Europe were "subject to" the Law written in Latin. A language foreign to them, and not "common" to them. ONLY "priests" (today these are bar card holders), ordained by the Chruch (today's Law Schools) were permitted to read the Law. Any others who learned Latin who were found reading the Bible, or the Law, or found and read a translation into their common language, was burned at the stake. Clay, like so many Attorneys, can't get beyond it. Their mind is as perverse as the system has become. And so the perversion of the system from it's design, set forth in our Constitution, with understanding of the history surrounding the design, continues. But now, as with the development of the printing press, the REFORMATION has begun. "The People" have access to the Law, through the internet, and are learning WITHOUT the perversion taught in Law Schools. Thus, he could NOT understand FIJA, the purpose of it's founding by Larry Dodge, and what it's all about. He tried to pervert it into another apparatus of the perverted system rather than further it's goal to REFORM the system with a return it the system to it's original design and purpose. Just as the Reformation of the Christian (Catholic - meaning "universal" Christian) Church was done, and is still being done, by the Reformation that began 500 years ago with the printing press and translation of Bible and Law into the common language of the people enabling the people to regain their Freedom, their Sovereighty, their NATURAL HUMAN RIGHTS, secured and protected by Law, rather than oppressed by Law, with insecurity because they could not know what the Law is (says), and Judge whether or not the Law was "just" - promoting "justice".
