During the last ten years the internet has gone from 
almost NO access to GREAT popularity!  

It's enpowering global interactivity and connectivity 
(like this forum, for just one example) is integral to 
mass consciousness, and even IQ, raising. The infamous 
'dumbing down' process is mostly the province of govt 
'skools' and 20th century mode media moronics.
