Well Paul, lets let reality decide, as it always does.
 I dont expect the goverment to allow him to smoke in prison, nor do 
I expect them to pardon him, so, if he dies your right, if he doesnt 
I am. We will discuss this again in a few weeks. Not so much discuss 
it, but simply see the truth as reality makes it evident.
