No it is not, not really.  It is a collection of individuals spread over a 
large swath of land.  In this collection I own my property and you own yours.  
In this arrangement our property rights have been made to be conditional.  And 
that is morally wrong.  For someone else to interfere with something that is 
not their business whether or not they are my neighbor is wrong.

Economicly borders are irrelevant.  Politically they are lines on a map.  Re: 
my property rights, they are meaningless.

I did not agree to that access to be delegated to the government.  No one asked 
me to delegate and I did not agree to their stewardship.  I will keep trying to 
improve my land and refuse to leave it.
