No it is not, not really. It is a collection of individuals spread over a large swath of land. In this collection I own my property and you own yours. In this arrangement our property rights have been made to be conditional. And that is morally wrong. I did not agree to that access to be delegated to the government. No one asked me to delegate and I did not agree to their stewardship. I will keep trying to improve my land and refuse to leave it.
