In this case there has to be a high standard. This is a government operation. Already by it very existence an initiation of force. It is wrong to give them a free pass to do ANYTHING. Government where it exists should not be trusted to do anything without oversight. Much less project military force overseas. We really have no reliable witnesses or evidence about piracy in this area. Only the word of governments, which is by its very nature not to be trusted without verification.
