I think the big question I would have To Carol, if she bothered to
answer would be So Isreal has a big lobby, the SAduis have a big
lobby, the oil companies have a big lobby, the banks have a big
lobby, so what are to we do about the Isreal Lobby. THe US government
should not give any of the governments foreign aid, so would that not
be the goal, no mstter if it was Isreal, Iraq, Chad, Peru just forbid
the government from giving them aid? Does our war problems have more
to do to with the Isreal Lobby than it does with the Defense
Contractor lobby and the oil lobby? I doubt
it?
On the other hand I think some people just expect the Jews in
Isreal to just role over and take what ever the Arabs Moslems dish
out to them. Yeah I suspect A lot of Arab land was taken away from
innocent Arabs by force, but first the Turks did it to them. I do not
think the UN had a right to declare a nation of Isreal but did it not
also declare a Palestinian nation, yet the Arab governments did not
want that, did they not want the Jews pushed out to Sea? Is there
any other ARab nation in the Middle East that comes as close as
Isreal to being a liberal Democracy. Even Afganastain proped up by
the US government and called a democracy has ruled that a man should
die because he converted to Christianity. Does Isreal give the death
penilty for converting to Islam or Christianity? Does Isreal hang
women for cheating on their husbands?
