Eric,
Since you have admitted a severe lack of thought about core
Libertarian principles, what are we to make of you saying that
someone is "quite Libertarian"?

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

DeLay's district is a stone's throw away from my home in
Angleton.
(I live in Ron Paul's District). Yes, the LP is planning to run
someone for that seat.
But there's also Cynthia Sinatra, who ran against Ron Paul in the
GOP primary a month ago. Sinatra is a former Playboy Centerfold,
and of course, is the ex-wife of Frank Sinatra, Jr. She could
easily run for this DeLay seat and win.
She's quite libertarian too, particularly on social matters.
Though, she's a bit of a moderate on economics.
