Steven, a bit unfair to blame relative newcommer Schwarzenegger for California's socialist economic and policies.
I believe, that in his State House and Senate almost 3/4ths of the Reps. and Senators are Democrats. It's like blaming Mitt Romney for socialist Massachusetts.
