LOL! I believe a Libertarian Republican is a spinoff of the Young
Americans for Freedom, of which not all are/were as advertised. Murray
Rothbard had a sarcastic turn of phrase that seemed to fit some.

With 1.6 Billion being spent to make the news fit the war, who knows
how many insincere blokes are out on the net pluggin for Bush to get
their 30 pieces of Fiat paper....
