Quite so. The rest of his post might make good argument, but the reason is
simply the essence of Libertarianism. That is, if what I do does not harm
anyone else, then no one else has the right to keep me from doing it. That
is true for smoking cigarettes, or drinking beer, or shooting up, or
performing oral sex (which is a Class V Felony in VA).
