I don't think I've ever seen so many misleading / illogical /
inaccurate posts made on a forum by one person, who CONTINUES to
post, such as Eric Dondero! Most of the time, losing so much
credibility will shame the poster into either improving the
quality of his posts or at least reducing their frequency. It's
really amazing.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Oh, you mean the USS Starke which was hit by accident while it
was in
the Persian Gulf during a war with Iran?  You mean the Starke
whose
captain didn't identify the ship when the pilot sent a radio
message?
The captain who was later dishonorably discharged?  The USS
Starke
which had no business in the gulf in the first place?  The one
that
was hit entirely by accident and which Iraq apologized for?  That
one?

The Liberty was also hit by accident, but that doesn't matter.
