Vic,

I agree that it is not easy to change certain core beliefs,
especially within a generation. Sadly, it is very difficult to
uninstall early programs. But one consistently under-addressed
factor for change is technology; it in effect forces (speeds up)
change. Notice how most still think/feel money and materialism is
not good, but virtually everyone goes around participating in its
accumulation - thank technology. Well, getting too deep to early
in morn. Anyway, take heart; we have this thing called the
internet - don't under-estimate its effect. And I predict that
24/7 personal monitoring will force even more change.

There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a

its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and

you know I dont believe this long slow process of educating
people works.

in my experience, people select facts based on beleifs. they
question
and reject facts that dont match those beliefs. these tend to get
set
failry early on. only life changing events give people space to
change
core beliefs.

any thoughts?
