Before you take this very seriously, it would be good to note:
o There is no source (document or URL) given
o It doesn't mention a time frame. 2005? 1996? June 1-10, 1960?
o It doesn't mention anything about the raw numbers ("of the 1527 votes
compared ...")
There are good reasons to get out of the UN, and to stop sending U.S.
tax dollars to the governments of other countries. This e-mail didn't
provide any. -Eric
P.S. I'm curious about what snopes.com <http://www.snopes.com> or any
other Urban Legend / "debunking" website has about this list or variants
of it. Not curious enough to look for it there; my BS detector is
pretty reliable for things like this.
Maybe the original poster would care to give it a try? And let us know
what he finds?
