Charles Westlake was on the FL ballot in 2000 as a Libertarian Party
candidate for the U.S. House. His only opponent who won was Democrat
Jim Davis. Darrell McCormick although a libertarian was listed on the
ballot as NPA which is commonly called an independent candidate.
