Russia has nukes that can hit any part of America and has them pointed at America. That's a very credible threat. Iraq under Saddam Hussein on the other hand, never posed a threat. They weren't pointing a gun at us, and in fact didn't even have a gun to point at us. They were the victims of America's unwarranted, unprovoked, and unconstitutional attacks for 12 straight years. They were bombed on a daily basis and held to an illegal treaty. They were being starved to death, kept from life saving medicines, shot at, bombed, and had homes, palaces, mosques, etc. invaded, and were occupied by a hostile invasion force by a rogue nation. And when they say they will try to kill those invaders, he thinks it's justification to attack them again and unbelievably calls it a "credible threat". ****** And that is precisely why we are there...they can't fight back. Indeed, the US hasn't fought a war against ANYONE that could fight back in at least sixty years. Not Korea. Not Viet Nam. Not even Grenada. Not Bosnia nor Iraq. See a pattern here? With half a dozen submarines and the possible start of nuclear weaponry, Iran probably won't be attacked. China and Russia likely won't either. PEACE Steven R.
