I've already done that, boyd, in another post, but here it is again. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are illegal (under US and international law), therefore the wars themselves are criminal enterprises. Those who participate in them as well as those who give material aid and assistance to them are participating in a criminal enterprise. One could even extend that to say that since the entire military is funded with stolen money, the entire military (including individual soldiers) is participating in the crime of receiving stolen goods. If a gang of thieves robs a bank, each member of the gang, from the guy who shoots the bank guard to the guy who drives the getaway car to the guy who draws the map of the bank (who doesn't even go to the bank during the holdup), is involved in the criminal project. ------------------------ Yahoo!
