Something disolved the concrete structure before it could fall to the ground and floated slowly to the ground as a cloud of dust that took a very long time to settle out. Tremendous energy, far in excess of ten times the mass due togravitational pull would be needed to accomplish the dissolving of concrete structures into a cloud of fine dust.
