Better approach would be to support my intervention along the course set at http://www.constitution.org/reform/us/tx/redistrict/cnpr.htm The theory is to attack the method of producing maps, not the maps themselves, as unconstitutional. I originally filed as an /amicus/ but plan to go in as an intervenor this round.
