Readers: If you are wondering what large parts of Eric Dondero's
posts have to do with Libertarian principles, the answer is
probably "nothing". Please consider the source. Many of his posts
are not only unrelated to libertarian principles, they are
anathema, despite his frequent representation to the contrary. In
fact, his submissions have a reputation for getting rejected by
the moderator 10-25% of the time. Libertarian philosophy and its
representatives are not always synchronous, largely due to the
tolerant nature of the former.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

This is the purist example yet, that years of competition that
the
Libertarian Party has had to contend with from libertarian
Republicans
like the Republican Liberty Caucus and the Club for Growth, has
moved
them to the Center and away from the Radicalism of past years.

It's hard to convince donors to send you money when you scrap
your
long-standing List of Elected Libertarians and run a No-Name/No
Resume
candidate for President in 2004.

This, in comparison to the RLC who now has over 20 elected State
Legislators nationwide, and a couple Congressman.

Let's hope that Bill Redpath, unburdened by the extremists in his

Party, will now work to forge a close relationship with the RLC
and
libertarian Republicans, whereby we can actually elect
Libertarians to
public office.

I'm soooooo Psyched!!! Way to go Libertarian Party!!!
