That is a very good start, a , b and c but especially c depending on 
how the committe is to be elected and 
dismissed.                            
        As you said, you are just one vote, one voice out of the at 
least 500 members you gain before the 
convention.                                 
           Maybe I was to quick to second guess my first hurah on the 
idea, it really would pay me to read all of a proposal before making 
final comment and not let one voice's comments about a pledge throw
