{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

terry I an not asking for your resume.but I would like
to know who I can take serious.I would like to know
when I reading someones post if the are a bench warmer
or someone who has been in the game.It is easy to post
email but have you ran for office or helped a
candidate, gave money,lobbied,or set up an oph
booth.It Is okay if you have not any of these things
It is just my curiosity.
