Dear LPNY Members, In her infinite wisdom, Bonnie Scott has continued to designate me as 'moderated' on the 'lpny_candidates', and 'lpny' Yahoo Groups for at least the past six months, despite the fact that I am one of the most active members of the state party, I am currently an officially nominated Candidate of the LPNY, and I only post relevant items to these lists which might interest their membership. In addition, despite her claim that she needs to monitor postings to these groups and that she will be responsible to do so, she never even bothers to review the posts I and others submit to these groups, even after having been informed of this problem, and the posts inevitably bounce back to me after several weeks, unchecked.
Bonnie Scott formed these Yahoo groups as her duty on behalf of the LPNY for which she served as an elected officer. She also continues to assert that she believes in and follows libertarian norms of conduct and ethics. Yet evidence points to the contrary. She falsely accuses and smears members of crimes and spreads rumors and lies about people she deems to be her 'enemies'. And, she continues to allow her own personal, private feuds to dominate her decision making and actions in her capacity on official party business. Instead of reining in her misbehavior and obstructionism, the LPNY Chair turns a blind eye to this conduct, seemingly convinced that this un-libertarian, boastful, and selfish political player is our party's only option to run our operations. While she antagonizes and alienates other members she deals with, and thoughtfully shares details of her knitting and other hobbies in her Vermont bungalow, candidates and activists like myself continue to be prevented from fully performing and enhancing our Libertarian work.
