Actually you are quite correct and very observant. 
That web site has that designation because that is the designation that the 
State of Florida assigned me. Currently it is also on the state website. 
However, when I qualify on Tuesday it will change because I will register as 
an NPA (No Party Affiliation.)
I have to register as an NPA because my running mate is of a different party 
than I am. He is registered to the LPF (Libertarian Party of Florida) and I am 
of course registered to the ALP.

We will still bill ourselves as "Libertarian Candidates", which we are and 
the state allows.  We will be the first Libertarians who will be on a state 
wide 
ballot in a state level race.  
The games people play, but it is fun.
