Absolutely right, Paul. The fact that the Federal government has no 
Constitutional mandate to spend the money of the people on only the 
legitimate functions of a minarchist government had no bearing on 
Bush's decision. None whatsoever. His explanation was that taxpayer 
money shouldn't be used to finance research that millions of 
Americans believe is anti-life. (how insanely laughable) It has 
nothing to do with Constitionality and everything to do with his 
personel religious beliefs and those of his supporters that he is 
pandering to. The fact that so many, except for you and I and a few 
others with a brain, can't fathom that shows just how duped and 
foolish so many people are these days.
