There is a section off of California that oil drilling was banned because of oil pollution. After the ban the area became a dead zone because the pollution increased. There is so much oil there that oil is bubbling up from the sea floor and the oil drilling was reducing the oil pressure and reducing the pollution. But still we can not resume drilling.
