I agree with your position that once a marriage is dissolved, one party should not be held in virtual peonage for life by paying LIFETIME alimony to his/her former spouse.
I support what your organization is doing to remove the Alimony madness that currently exists in Florida. Your proposal to make 3 years the maximum amount of years that alimony may be paid to an ex-spouse is very reasonable. Please consider me your political ally.
